Our Story

 

It all started when…

Lockwood Salads produced its first crop of delicious leaves in 2019. Established by young entrants Adam and Alice, who both grew up with a love of farming, the business plan came together as they farmed their way across the world, perhaps over a particularly strong bottle of Puglian wine.

The farm currently produces 45 hectares of spinach, red chard, rocket, bulls blood, cress and red lettuce.
