Our Story

 

It all started when…

Lockwood Salads produced its first crop of delicious leaves in 2019. Established by young farmers Adam and Alice, who both grew up with a love of farming, the business plan came together as they farmed their way across the world, perhaps over a particularly strong bottle of Puglian wine.

The farm now produces 550 acres of conventional and organic baby spinach, red chard, wild rocket, bulls blood, land cress, red lettuce, coriander and parsley.
